Not Just APPLE + PIXAR

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life" - Steve Jobs
Without a doubt, everyone has heard by now about the sudden (in the eyes of the public) passing of Steve Jobs. I'm not going to claim I knew everything about him, but let's state the obvious, shall we:
- The Face of Apple, Inc. (Co-founder, chairman, chief exec)
- Walt Disney (Board of Directors)
- Pixar (From Disney)
Yes, he made life a LOT more accessible and convenient through his countless innovations. I will be forever grateful for the iPhone, iMac, Macbook Pro and other related products, but with this miniscule blog, I want to focus on the man. When you become as successful as Mr. Jobs, it's easy to miss him for his achievements, but let's remember him and everyone else who has passed for who they were. I have obviously not met him but from what I've gathered, he's an incredibly hard working man, high strung at times but most importantly, wants people (individually and as a whole) to move forward. He encouraged innovation and creativity. I don't agree with all his business principles, but he put design, creativity and communication on a world wide platform that has literally revolutionized the generation that we live in.
There are about 1,500 people who die from cancer on a daily basis, and of course Steve Jobs is not an average Joe Schmoe in this society, but let's have a heart for all those who are lost. I know, it's easy to say that we can't have compassion for all the victims of cancer, diseases, natural disasters, etc - but we share the heart of the Father, our God. I don't know about you, but I want my heart to break for all people. Pray/intercede for those who do not have the luxury of complaining about how the new iPhone 4S is not an iPhone 5. Think about that. Let's realize how lucky/blessed we really are and let's pay it forward to those who do aren't as "fortunate".
To Steve Jobs, the Job family and all those who ever lost a family member or a loved one, I pray for blessings and love to be poured upon you all.
Rest In Peace
Steve Jobs
